Gig Report and Photos: LadyFest Essex (11th June 2011)

24 hours ago the band were in Southend-on-Sea, a town that Josh obscurely described as ‘The NatWest of England’ (make of that what you will!). The band had spent the day in search of three vital components to ensure a smoothly running first gig: Sunglasses, music for the trip home and some Jarlsberg cheese for the viking warrior that accompanied us. Our mission to find these items was troublesome – initially Matt and Josh found the lure of the epic music coming from the beach adventure playground too hard to resist and our budget was nearly blown when Josh wanted to spunk it all trying to win a soft toy monkey.

The Album is Done!

After 5 months of working their backsides off in the studio, the band have finished recording their second album! Very soon details will be posted about what it’s going to be called and when it’s out, but in the mean time the band have posted this short video talking about finishing the album and what is sounds like.
