‘My Heart’ Music Video Recorded

Yesterday, Le Monnier filmed a music video for their next single ‘My Heart’. Both the single and the video will be released over the next few weeks and in the mean time we’ll be posting some previews and snippets to give you a taste of what’s to come! The band posted this video up today talking about what they have done for the video.

Matt Blog: So… What the hell is happening?

Where did the Summer just go? Supposed to find some time to relax before the Le Monnier madness kicked in but it never really happened! A lot has happened in the band recently so I just thought I’d post to keep you in the loop.

Firstly, in August Le Monnier and Terry Anderson (the drummer) went separate ways. It was entirely amicable and also entirely necessary so all parties could move on. We haven’t yet started our search for a new drummer yet and I’m not sure we will until later this year or early next year.

In the meantime, myself and Alex have started laying down the foundations for the future of the band. ‘Cynic Sister’ our debut is looking like it will be remastered, some parts re-recorded and re-released as a 12-track album. The details are still yet to come, but it’s something we’re working on at the moment.

Last weekend, we started recording our new album! We’ve been working on two tracks at the moment which we hope to let you all preview sometime next month. Yours truly will be playing the drums – sort of reminiscent of how things were in 2006 (See the 2006 photos in the gallery if you want to know what I mean). Again we don’t have any release date details (it’s far too early for that!), but we’ll be posting photos and videos of us recording the new material as we go along.
